Credit Registry
Welcome to the StormStore Credit Registry, a marketplace that allows developers to purchase stormwater credits from landowners in the same watershed.
At present, our Credit Registry only lists credits available for use within the two pilot eligible watersheds. If you are unable to find the credits you need, or if your project is outside a pilot eligible watershed, or if you are a landowner interested in generating credits through your property, please do not hesitate to contact our StormStore team for assistance.

How do I use this registry?
Identify your watershed:
Use our StormStore eligibility map to confirm which watershed your project is located in. It's important to note that all trades must occur entirely within a single watershed, and credits cannot be traded between different watersheds.
Determine how many credits you need:
There are two types of stormwater credits available for use, Detention and Volume Control, which are measured in Acre-Feet (Ac-Ft). Consult with your project engineer if you are unsure of how many credits your project may use or generate.
Connect with a credit supplier:
Suppliers will provide initial terms for availability of credits, such as credit price or area of trade. If the credits you need are not currently available, please contact the StormStore team, and we'll be happy to assist you in finding the credits you need to meet your project requirements.
